　　各位老师同学们：

　　大家上午好，我叫王婧，我要竞选的是班长这个职位。

　　锋利的剑得经过磨练，好学生也得经过竞争。都说不想当将军的士兵就不是好士兵，所以不当班长的同学就不是好同学，今天，我站在讲台上，只有一个目的，想把成绩不好的同学的成绩给提上来，成为老师的好助手。

　　我从一年级到现在依然担任副班长这个位子，所以我积累了足够的经验来当好老师的助手，相信能在老师和同学之间架起一座桥梁。

　　如果我当上了班长，我保证做到以下几点：

　　1.做好老师的助手，经常告诉老师同学们心里的想法。

　　2.把学习较差的同学的成绩给提上来，学习一般的同学成绩更好。

　　3.老师不在时候一定能帮老师管好同学，让老师放心。

　　4.我上课时一定积极发言，做好同学们的榜样。
